Acceptance of Terms
By using the MenuFlows platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a restaurant or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms.
Subscription & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed per branch (location) on a monthly or annual basis.
- All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Permitted Use
You may use MenuFlows only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code. - Upload malicious content or files to our servers. - Use the platform to facilitate any illegal activities. - Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
System Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Under no circumstances will MenuFlows be liable for any revenue loss during maintenance windows.
